CHICKEN MARMITE

The Ingredient :

1- 2 cup chiken cooked n diced
2- salt
3- kunyit
4- kentuky
5- marmite
6- honey
7- black paper
8- garlic / onion
9- soy souce

Step To Make It :
Step 1 - mix chiken with kunyit+salt+kentuky mix together. Cooked.
Step 2 - Tumis the garlic, onion + soysouce + honey, mix all
Step 3 - mix black paper n marmat
Step 4 - Then mix the chiken with all the marmite :)

BERYANI CHIKEN

The Ingredient :

1- 30 gm salt
2- 4 friendship ( 1 cenement, 2 pelaga, 3 cengkih, 2 lawang)
3- oil
4- 500gm chiken
5- 3 pudina leaf
6- 1 tbs salt
7- 20 gm brown sugar
8- 5 tbs tairu (5cmb milk+1cmb lime juice)

Blend A
9- 40gm onion red
10- 80 gm big onion
11- 3cm halia
12- 2 cm lengkuas

Step To Make It :
Step 1 - iPut 4 friendship into the oil (5min)
Step 2 - Open the fire put the 4 friendship with the oil
Step 3 - After the oil getting hot then put "Blend A" and mix all
Step 4 - Put inside the chiken until yellow then after that put the pudina leaf
Step 5 - Then put the salt, brown sugar, cukup rasa till all mix up
Step 6 - Slow the fire and put tairu till all cooked. 
Step 7 - Ready to eat for 6-10 serve

GARLIC BREAD

The Ingredient :

1- 100g butter mix
2- 1/4 cup parsley flake
3- 1/4 burn garlic (blande it)
4- bread

Step To Make It :
Step 1 - mix all together accept bread. Set aside.
Step 2 - Slice into bread and baked

YOGHURT MUESLI CUPS

The Ingredient :

1- 100g Greek yoghurt
2- 40g Muesli (we use Carmen's)
3- 20g fresh blueberries
4- 20g fresh raspberries

Step To Make It :
Step 1 - in a small glass layer half your youghurt then muesli and top with remining youghurt
Step 2 - Sprinkle yourfresh berries on top and enjoy

CIKEN SALAD

The Ingredient :

1- 2 cup chiken cooked n diced
2- 1/4 cup celery diced
3- 1/4 cup green grapes cut in half
4- 1/4 cup red grapes cut in half
5- 1/4 cup almond sliced
6- 2 tbs greek yougart plain or light mayonnaise
7- 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
8- 1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard
9- 1/2 tsp peper
10- 1/2 tsp salt
11- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
12- optional add - didce red onion, diced carrots, raisins, etc.

Step To Make It :
Step 1 - in the large bowl, mix chiken, celery, green n red grapes, almonds   
             together. Set aside.
Step 2 - In a small bowl mix together greek yougourt (or mayo) n spicy brown 
             mustard with all seasonings 
Step 3 - Pour dressing over chiken mixture n stir until coated
Step 4 - Serve with crackers n lettuce or bread

POTATO SALAD

The Ingredient :

1- 5 potato ( Boiled)
2- 3 onion leaf
3- 1/2 cup mayoneese 
4- 1 tbs black paper
5- 2 tbs castor sugar
6- litt salt n lemon juice 
7- salad

Step To Make It :
Step 1 - Cut it the potato slice
Step 2 - Cut the salad small
Step 3 - Mix them together
Step 4 - Ready to eat

CHIKEN BEGEDIL

The Ingredient :

1- 500g Potato 
2- 200g Slice beef
3- 1/2 cup Fried Onion
4- 2 The onion leaf
5- 1 tbs White paper
6- 1 spoon corn flour
7- salt
8- 2 egg
9- oil

Step To Make It :
Step 1 - Mix all the ingredient accept egg and oil
Step 2 - Shape it be like a ball 
Step 3 - Then put into the egg
Step 4 - Cook it
Step 5 - Ready to eat with sambal hitam

CAKOI

The Ingredient :


1- 3-31/4 cup Tepung gandum
2- 1 cup warm water
3- 1 spoon Mauripan
4- 1 spoon Sourtening
5- 2 spoon corn oil
6- 1 tbs sugar
7- 1 nos egg

Step To Make It :

Step 1 - Mix the egg n salt till all mix together
Step 2 - Then put a litt bit of water and mauripan, mix till 1-2 minute
Step 3 - After that add sortening and corn oil mix all about 1-2 minute
Step 4 - And then mix it all together with the flour till mix together
Step 5 - Cook it
Step 6 - After finish all eat it with Kaya or milk
