CHIKEN CURRY, SAMBAL BELACAN WITH FRIED EGG

INGREDIENT & STEP TO MAKE IT

CHIKEN CURRY INGREDIENT :
1- Half small chiken
2- 3 potato ( wedges cutting )
3- 1 big onion  B
4- 3 clover garlic B
5- 1 inch ginger B
6- 1 cinnamon B
7- 1 flower of bunga lawang B
8- 3 Buah pelaga B
7- 1 spring curry leaves B
8- Chili powder A
9- Curry powder A
10- Cukup rasa, salt n sugar A
11- Coconut milk


Step To Make It :
Step 1 - Mix all A
Step 2 - Saute the all B till get a smell. Mix A into B put 1 cup of hot water
Step 3 - Put Chiken and Potato. wait until they cook well.
Step 4 - Put the coconut milk and mix them together.


SAMBAL BELACAN INGREDIENT :
1- 1 tbs Belacan
2- 1 tbs tamarind with 2 tbs hot water
3- 1 red chili
4- a pinch of salt
5- 1 tbs sugar 

How To Make It :
Step 1 - Put all into bland
Step 2 - Bland till mix all together


FRIED EGG INGREDIENT :
1- 3 spoon cooking oil
2- 2 egg
3- 1 big onion ( chop )
4- a pinch of cukup rasa

How To Make It :
Step 1 - Put a cooking oil into pan ( make it hot )
Step 2 - Mix egg with, onion and cukup rasa pour them using fork
Step 3 - Cook them
